We ran into the garage door on the way out and could not get our door down or up. George with Precision came out the next day and it took him all of about 30 minutes to get the panels back on the track, the spring reloaded, and the cables re-run. He also lubed and inspected the other garage doors for us while he was here.

Brian came out when it first started to have problems. He oiled our rails and got it working. Then he left us the oil--all at no charge. He warned me that it was over 20 years old and would probably continue to cause problems. He was right. I called him again, both times he was at my house in a couple of hours. He replaced everything in about one hour. Excellent job and customer service.

I tried to stay "local"; however, after numerous attempts to make contact with two "local" garage door repair/installation companies over two weeks of no answers and no return calls, I had to broaden my search. (One of the two was the company that installed the doors two years ago!) Anyway, Precision answered my 10:30AM call with a real person and after verifying that Wimberley was definitely within their service area, scheduled a service call for between 12&2PM the same day. Service tech arrived about 1PM. After assessing issues with both doors, he made several adjustments, lubricated them and cleaned up afterwards. A real pro! Now after two weeks of manually operating one of the doors, we have perfectly operating doors again. BWT all of this was done in about an hour and at a surprisingly reasonable cost. This is my new garage door company!

He thoroughly inspected the door and opener and made targeted repairs and adjustments that made the door work better than ever. The first company we called barely looked at the door and gave us an estimate for replacing the entire system -- Precision saved us thousands of dollars because they cared enough to evaluate what was going on with the door.
