In June, 2021 my 3 year old home suffered a random garage door failure- door folded in and glass shattered everywhere! Cause? Apparently, negligent installation by builder, Lennar. I have reached out for months to Lennar and if actions speak louder than words-- I have received no support, no responsibility, no care in the slightest. Precision Door was here immediately explaining failure and offering support. Today I have a new door that is SAFE and perfectly matching the aesthetic of my condominium complex! Top notch parts, labor and professionalism!! Not all businesses are created equally! Everyone on this team is professional and pleasant!! Highly, highly recommend!!

My call re: my garage door was managed quickly and professionally. Shane came same day I called, quickly identified and showed me the problem (which the first company I called had not even identified). He clearly knew what he was doing, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain each issue and the options. He addressed all of my questions and even made a temporary modification to try to extend the function of my door during the time between now and door replacement. Given the multiple fractures in my 20yr old garage door (which he showed me in detail) it was clear to me that his recommendation for replacement was legit and the only way to fix my situation. Excellent experience.

I had an emergency, since garage door fell suddenly. Couldn't let my garage be exposed. They were able to come within 2 hours of calling them and got all worn parts replaced within 1 and a half hours, which had been their estimated time, after they assessed the door. I had to work late, but was much relieved to know my home was secure. They also gave me a 5 year guarantee on their work. Would use them again, if needed.

The whole experience was great. My opener and door gave out after 20 years and my car was trapped in the garage. My call to Precision was quickly answered and I was scheduled for the next morning. **** called before coming and showed up on time. He was very professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered two options for the work. He didn't try to upsell me on getting a new door--just the opener and door parts options. I didn't get other quotes, so I don't know if the cost was reasonable. It was a little pricey since it was unplanned but I wanted my home to be secure. Once he completed the work, he ran me through how to use everything, then helped me program the outside keypad--which I didn't have before. He cleaned up and was out in the two hours he stated. The new opener is so quiet, not like the housequake I experienced with the old one. Now I have new equipment and solid warranties. Precision and **** rock! Thank you.

Shane, the technician that Precision Garage Door of Austin sent us was everything I hoped for. He listened patiently to all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and capably answered every one. He willingly gave me the options I requested and was happy to perform the service I chose, even though it wasn't the most expensive option I could have chosen. The work he did was excellent. The garage door he fixed sounds very quiet even though it still has the old door attached to it. I truly couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you, Precision Garage Door for allowing him to be as excellent as he is. He has incredible potential and will make an incredible manager or business owner someday. If I ever need help again with my garage door, I know who I will contact first.

Precision was able to schedule me the same day as opposed to other companies that could not send a tech for several days. Jeremy Maleck came and turned out that the springs were broken. Within a couple of hours he obtained the right springs, replaced them and had the garage door operating smoothly. I was happy with the promptness and professionalism of the service.

My garage door shorted out after a power outage. On his first visit, George diagnosed it as a faulty logic board and told me how to order one online since they don't carry it. After I installed it, I couldn't understand the manual for the final steps so George came back out and finished the job. Super fast and professional. Highly recommend this company!

They were excellent ***** initial contact to competion of installation. I contacted Sunday afternoon and the receptionist arranged for someone to be there between 7-9am Monday. Received a phone call 6;45 am from rep *********************** that he was on his way. He arrived within 10 minutes and assessed the problem and explained the solution. I can honestly say his assessment reinforced what I thought the problem to be . He installed a new motor and enabled me to be on my way. I consider him an honest and very competent person who is excellent at what he does and has excellent people skill, I would definitely use Precision Again.

I had a problem with my garage door. It got damaged at night and during a thunderstorm. I started calling the garage door repair companies that advertise as Emergency repairs, 24 hours service repairs, etc.. The first two wouldn't come until next day or within 2 or 3 days. The third one I called was Precision Garage Doors and They did sent somebody. It was really expensive but it was worth because George came in an hour, in the middle of the heavy rain and it was very kind. I am so grateful.

Nick with Precision Overhead Garage Doors is a great technician. Very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem preventing our garage door from opening and was able to repair it with parts in his van. He came back the next day to upgrade our garage door opener motor and control system which is excellent. I received excellent service from our technician, *****. After reviewing the situation on a 30+ year old garage door opener we opted to replace it with a LiftMaster WiFi LED garage opener, Model *****. Fast efficient service. ***** patiently answered every question I had, as he did his installation, and showed me how to adjust the system (if needed) after a major power outage. Bravo! All old materials were removed afterwards. All aspects of the system were tested before he left. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. Lifetime Liftmaster warranty on the motor and belt. This model is belt driven not chain driven and quieter when operating. Paid an extra $50 to get a second remote as I was informed it only came with one. All in price with tax $806.46.

Called this company on a Friday morning and they were able to send a guy that very same afternoon. Jeremy was on time, informative, and quite quickly managed to straighten out my garage door so that it stopped making some god-awful noise it had started making on opening/closing. Reasonable pricing ($100 +tip) for quick, same-day service. Recommend and would use again.
