Our garage door broke over the weekend and we had to purchase a new one. Brian came out at the time scheduled and not only helped us purchase a new door but also helped us lift the broken door so we could get our car out. Very personable and we would ask for Brian again

Received 3 quotes about what could be done and how much BUT with zero pressure to pick any option, just what we were comfortable with doing right now. The technician, Shane, was very clear and direct about the work that would need to do be done. I wasn't prepared to fully replace our older motor, but it had been giving us a lot of issues lately and was 20 years old. He gave me my options, explained the pricing and upgrades, and said it could be done in an hour. He nailed it. The new motor is quiet, works great, and he was done extremely fast. Great experience and excellent service.

Shane was outstanding. He showed up on time, inspected the door, cables, tracks, etc. and explained the issues. He made good suggestions and discussed our options. Once we had decided what we needed to do, he further explained how he would go about handling the repairs. He gave us a solid estimate on the expenses, estimated the time it would take, and went about his work. Afterwards he showed what had been done, and explained the warranty. This is a wonderful company with top notch service and response time, and they were very conscious of COVID rules and followed them precisely. Nick Sager was called on Sunday, 11/22/2020 to repair or replace my garage door and he not only texted me right away, he was here about 3-4 hrs early. He was very pleasant as he wore a mask, looked at the damage done, assessed it, gave me a cost and very professionally repaired my garage door without having to replace it. I was very surprised how quickly and efficiently he got it done. During the whole time, he was just as friendly as could be. So very pleased and would definitely recommend Precision.
