Same day service even called to see if we were available for an earlier time. Our technician, Brian, was very thorough and super friendly. He offered us different options and explained all of them. Never pressured us to take the higher priced option. He worked quickly and then went over how to operate everything. Would highly recommend!

The technician arrived within the timeframe scheduled. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Our problem was resolved quickly. I got a quick response from at a late hour of the night. It was not an emergency so a technician was at my door at 8am on a Saturday. I was given my options on repairs for the door and for a replacement which I ask for, it was not pushed on me. Decided on a new upgraded door that was put on the following Monday. Technician was great the customer service was great. The old door was removed and the new door was installed in about 2 hours. If your in need of great quality work I recommend these guy to get the job done the right way.

I recently moved into a home in San Marcos,TX. Everything was on the up and up. Then all of a sudden the garage-door, some of the wheels fell of the rails as I tried closing it on a very very cold evening. This all happened around 6pm. I tried and tried to fix the wheels or just close the door. But everything I did just made things worse. So around 7pm I called Precision door service and to my surprise they said they could send a technician the very next day! Well I was so surprised and happy they could send help so quickly. The very next day I get a call from the Precision Technician names Shane M. He informed me that he could arrive earlier then the quoted arrival time, that they gave me the day before. I said GREAT!that would be FANTASTIC! So I rushed home to meet him. As I pulled up to my house I got a text stating Shane would be at my house shortly. When Shane arrived he introduced himself and he looked just like the picture they they text. Shane immediately greeted me with a warm welcome and introduced himself. Then immediately started assessing the problem with my manual roll down garage door. He got down to brass tacks and explained how he could fix the door and around the price range for fixing the door. He explained it would almost cost as much as a new door and my old door wouldn't look the same. That being said I knew I wouldn't want a mangled garage door on my new home. So Shane started going threw my options on getting a brand new one. He was very clear about the differences in the types of doors and options on garage door openers. With Shane's vast knowledge and expertise on the Garage doors. I picked a new garage door and opener. I felt would fit me and my homes needs the most. Needless to say my interactions on the phone with Precision Door Service was great. And The customer service Shane M. provided was excellent and is the standard of 5 star service. Because of the virus the door deliver is lil longer than usual but Shane got my mangled garage door closed and has my new one on the way. If anyone has Garage door issues I highly recommend Precision Door service, and I suggest you ask for Shane M.
