10/12/21 – Precision was the best! Sean was so polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Same day service even with my calling mid afternoon! Can’t say enough about how great the customer service was!!

10/18/21 – Sean Lynch did a great job checking out my garage door. He explained everything very well and showed me how to get the opener back on the track and engaged. Also educated me on the sensors and other parts as he checked out the system. Best, he was cheerful and polite! Very nice young man.

8/13/21 – I bought a house without a motor for my garage door. Sean came out and inspected and he redid the working parts and installed the opener, gave me 4 remotes, explained the app, all within to hours of my initial appointment. I highly recommend. Prompt, professional, and the quietest smoothest garage door I’ve ever seen! Thank you Sean!

7/3/21 – 4th of July weekend and the garage door is broken, no up or down. Precision Garage Door of Austin and Sean to the rescue! Sean came early, diagnosed, and repaired the door quickly. Thank you Precision and Sean!

5/21/21 – Precision garage doors were able to have someone out to the house the following day. The technician called before he arrived to let me know that he would be coming shortly. They showed up on time, the technician was very polite and friendly, ( his name was Sean), he took the time to tell me the pros and cons and there was no haggling or selling. I simply selected the transmitter I wanted and he was right on it! This will be easily my go- to service for any garage door needs in the future. I wish every business in town operated like them!
