8/12/21 – Nick Sager installed a new garage door and remotes for me. He was polite, personable and had solid knowledge about the door opener. He is truly an asset to Precision Garage Door of Austin!

8/5/21 – Nick arrived early in the day, came prepared to address our issues and was a pleasure to work with! Super knowledgable, great work and we were so pleased with the attention to detail and recommendations he made.

5/1/21 – Really great service; they came out the day after I called, identified the issue and fixed it that same day. The technician TJ was really good at explaining exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. I will definitely call Precision next time I have garage door issues.

4/26/21 – Awesome service and the technician Nick was courteous, friendly and very professional. They will always be my garage door company.

4/13/21 – My garage door opener was beginning to fail (making loud grinding noises) and my wife and I have a 1 month old baby. We needed the opener replaced quickly and quietly. I made an appointment and Nick came the next day to install. He expertly explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He provided a couple of additional options without being pushy or salesman like. Great customer service and quality work and he was done in less time than estimated.

3/1/21 – Nick Sager is a very professional technician. showed up on time and wearing a mask for important safety concerns. meet and greet was very nice. he came into the garage assessed the work in a moment and had very knowledgeable Information on the garage door itself. Had it back open and fixed back to new in no time. the door closes almost silently and no more jumping or skipping sounds. best of all he made me feel very comfortable in the work he did. I felt like I had no worries. I really felt as I was taken care of in the best way and honestly never received such great professionalism from any other company …. will definitely refer him and this company

12/23/20 – Love that Nick showed up with a mask and he was very professional and worked so hard!!! He worked so fast and was such a polite young man. He explained everything to me in detail, all about the warranty and the parts gave me his business card and was just absolutely the best!!! We definitely will recommend this company.
