2/9/21 – Jeremy Malek is a very great technician, he fixed the major problem in one trip. I highly recommend him and his company.

1/18/22 – Jeremy was my serviceman and he was prompt, courteous, kind and most importantly got the job done. He also took a few minutes to evaluate all of my garage doors and made recommendations. Precision is my team!

10/11/21 – So our garage door main mechanism literally died. I called Precision Garage door and they sent out Jeremy and his assistant. Jeremy surveyed the problem and explained too us what the problem was. They replaced the old mechanism and parts and now our garage doo is much more quieter and smoother. Just the fact they were able to get here today was awesome as we could not open our garage door. Heads up to Precision Garage for doing a excellent job. I’d definitely would recommend and use them agai.

10/10/21 – The garage door got stuck and could not be operated or disengaged from the opener manually. Precision was able to schedule me the same day as opposed to other companies that could not send a tech for several days. Jeremy Maleck came and turned out that the springs were broken. Within a couple of hours he obtained the right springs, replaced them and had the garage door operating smoothly. I was happy with the promptness and professionalism of the service.

6/18/21 – Quick appointment. Prompt (early ) appointment. Jeremy was very courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem with no problems. Will definitely call them the next time I need garage door serviced.

6/3/21 – I use Precision Garage door for Home and for
rental properties we have. They are the Best. Super professional and reliable. I just worked with Jeremy today and he was just great. Friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Go with Precision, you will be glad you did.

3/5/21 – I called and my door was fixed within two hours. The tech, Jeremy, gave me options for repair and had all the parts with him. They were efficient and very professional. One of the best experiences I have had with any household repair.

4/27/21 – Jeremy and everyone at Precision Garage Door did a excellent job!!! I called them about 1pm that my garage was in of repair and they scheduled me an appointment 3-5pm that same day! Jeremy called them pulled in my driveway at 3pm. He explained my options and got right to work! An hour later my garage door was back up and running better than when I bought my house!

2/25/21 – Jeremy was outstanding! We lost connection due to the recent snow storms and our door was not hitting the tracks correctly. Wow he was prompt, very professional, and immediately fixed us up! Great customer service, in and out fast, great pricing considering we live pretty far in Granite Shoals! Thanks Precision, we are customers for life, even used them when we lived in Pflugerville, great techs!
