Patrick Day

2/13/21 – I called earlier in the week and made an appointment for February 12 with a n 8-10 a.m. window. I received several texts and emails previous to the appointment as reminders. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text and email telling me the technician was on his way. The text included the name(Patrick) and a picture of the technician. He soon after called to say he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He arrived in that amount of time, told us what our options were and said it would take an hour or so. He did the work immediately, instructed us on how to use the new equipment, took payment and was on his way. Patrick was very professional and polite throughout the appointment. He left no mess for us to clean up. Took all the old parts with him. A very good experience.
